  • Enjoy free 2-5 working day delivery for orders over $380
  • Orders under $380 are subject to a $40 surcharge
  • Delivery time is from approximately 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • No delivery on Sunday and public holidays
  • Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong area

Change order details

Sorry, we are unable to modify your order after it has been placed as we usually ship your order very soon after it is placed. This includes changes to the products ordered, delivery method, delivery address details or payment method.

Return the goods

Your transactions are protected by Hong Kong Consumer Protection Laws. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to cancel within 7 days of placing the order or within 7 days of receiving the goods. If you wish to return a package, you can do so through our customer service team.  Products must not be opened in any form and must be in their original condition. The heat sealing film cannot be damaged either.

When will I get my refund?

We only provide refunds to the original payment method used when placing the order. For some items purchased using discount codes, coupons, and membership points, refunds will be applied to this first. Refunds will be issued within 7 days from the date we receive your order back in our warehouse. Please note that the refund time will be based on the actual processing progress of your original payment method unit. Please contact your card-issuing bank or payment unit for details.
